Warranties & responsibility for services and products

All products are covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage, general wear, misuse or loss.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Orion Jewellers Ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Return and refund policy

If you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day returns period from your purchase date. You must notify us of your intention to return an item by emailing info@orionjewellers.com within 14 days and request a returns number. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, sent via trackable insured courier/post.

Special order items, bespoke items and items that have been resized or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged for credit.

All of the items available for sale via this website are pre-loved and as such may have imperfections or natural aging related flaws. They have been reconditioned by our jewellers to a high standard in keeping with their age and materials.
